This unit has also received Suraksha Puraskar from National Safety Council of India in 2019. The Award was conferred to the unit in recognition for developing and implementing effective management systems, procedures and for its performance in Occupational Safety and Health.
Hot Rolled/ Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled/ Hot Rolled Skin Passed Pickled & Oiled Coil processing facilities comprise of superior Slitting, Cut To Length and Shearing in addition to other customer specific processing solutions.
In addition to these USPs, this is TSDPL's only unit to have an in-house pickling facility for converting HR material to HRPO. Our pickling line is able to process material from thickness range 1.6 mm - 7 mm.
Cold Rolled/ Galvanized/ Colour Coated/ Coil processing facilities feature state-of-the-art Slitting, Precision Levelling, Cut To Length and Blanking that offer unmatched processing tolerances in accordance with the requirements of users in segments such as Automotive, Appliances, Electrical Panels, General Engineering, Projects & Fabrication and Lifting & Excavation among others.
Through this plant we serve some of our major customers including Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Mahindra & Mahindra, Piaggio Vehicles, ThyssenKrupp Industries, Force Motors and Godrej & Boyce.
