Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is a way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers.

TSDPL, as a part of its quality management focussed approach, provides its customers the confidence that the required quality parameters and the required level of quality in a service or product will be fulfilled.

All units of TSDPL are certified with ISO 9000, IATF 16949, or equivalent (SQEP for TADA) standards.

TSDPL uses various approaches/tools to achieve better performance, to reduce variability, to improve products, enhance workplace safety and to reduce carbon footprint.

Quality Assurance Personnel or Product Application Group (PAG) personnel are deployed at different units to address the concerns of the customers and provide immediate resolution to ensure that the final processed material that reaches the customer is free from any defect.

TDCs / TPRs are signed with customers based on consultations with customers. These are a set of guidelines, which enables the company to serve the customers with their exact requirements. It includes the sheet dimensions, flatness requirements, packaging details etc.
